The US special envoy to Ukraine Kurt Volker believes that the Ukrainian government is not doing enough for the citizens of Ukraine on the temporarily occupied territories. As transfers the Internet edition , he said this in an interview .

In his opinion, the Ukrainian authorities should cooperate with the Red Cross, to help get state pensions for the elderly and people with disabilities to capabilities.On September 12, the UN urged the Ukrainian authorities to ensure the execution of decisions of the Supreme court of Ukraine on payment of pensions to internally displaced persons and residents of non-government-controlled territories of Eastern Ukraine.
