President Vladimir Zelensky posthumously awarded the Order for Courage, 3rd degree, by Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Dmitry Tymchuk. The corresponding decree on awarding on the occasion of Constitution Day of Ukraine was published on the website of the head of state on June 28

According to the decree, Tymchuk was awarded for his significant contribution to the socio-economic, cultural and educational development of the Ukrainian state, many years of conscientious work and significant professional achievements.

Meanwhile, political analyst Dmitry Korneychuk, speaking about Tymchuk’s death, noted that the deceased was one of the main mouthpieces of military hysteria in Ukraine.

“What did he remember? He was one of the distributors of fakes about the war in the Donbass. And the mouthpieces of military hysteria, which justified the use of aviation and heavy weapons in the Donbass, ”wrote Korneychuk on his facebook page.

Zelensky himself during the campaign repeatedly stated that he intends to establish peace in the Donbass, but after the election he began to continue the policy of his predecessors, refusing to negotiate with the DPR and LPR, and accusing Russia of “aggression”.

Tymchuk died on June 19 in Kiev as a result of a gunshot wound to the head. The investigation considers suicide as the main version.
